How fast do I get a quote?+
After your request we plan a site visit or phone call within 48 hours. The quote typically follows within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the scale of the project.
Will the same technician handle my job?+
Where possible the same technician sees your job through, so there's real continuity. For larger sites we work with a fixed team — no need to re-explain every visit.
What does the guarantee cover?+
On workmanship we give a 2-year guarantee. On supplied appliances and materials the manufacturer's warranty applies (typically 2 to 10 years). Leaks or installation defects: fixed at no cost.
Do you also work weekends?+
For emergency callouts — leaks, total heating failure, blocked main drain — we are on call 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Planned works happen on weekdays.
Which region do you serve?+
Mainly the greater Waregem area, West Flanders and East Flanders. For larger projects outside that area: just ask, we'll always look at what's feasible.
