AC + ventilation new build — Desselgem

On a new-build site in Desselgem we joined in from the shell stage. Daikin multi-split AC with outdoor unit on the garden façade and four indoor units — three wall-mounted in the bedrooms and a cassette in the office.

For ventilation we picked system D+ with heat recovery and CO₂ sensors in living, bedrooms and the office. All ducting is Ø 125 mm round with silencers between the unit and supply outlets.

Primary sanitary runs went into the screed in PE/PER with manifolds in the utility room. Distribution cabinet with pressure gauges and stop-valves per room — handy for later interventions.

Run: six weeks spread across the build, coordinated with the main contractor and the electrician. No idle time between trades thanks to a weekly site meeting.
