How it went
A flat in a divided townhouse near Sint-Pietersplein. The challenge: tie everything into shared supply and waste risers the co-owners wanted left alone.
We designed a local manifold right after the main meter, with separate runs for kitchen, bathroom and WC. All new interior piping sits in the screed — nothing surface-mounted.
The kitchen got a corner sink with low-spout tap and an island sink (waste through a raised floor). The bathroom received a wall-hung WC with concealed cistern and a double-spout vanity unit.
Itho-Daalderop mechanical extraction in the wet rooms, controlled by humidity and CO₂ sensors. No complaints from neighbours — sound readings below 30 dB.
