Commercial climate installation — Kortrijk

A vacated 280 m² retail unit on a busy thoroughfare in Kortrijk was rebuilt as a showroom. The owner wanted one climate across the whole sales floor and separate control for the office and stockroom.

We installed a Mitsubishi multi-zone VRF system: one rooftop outdoor unit, four cassette indoor units in the showroom suspended ceiling and ducted units for the office and stockroom.

Air quality: 1,500 m³/h balanced ventilation with heat recovery and CO₂ control. An electrically heated air curtain went over the entrance — less heat loss when the door is open and no draft complaints from staff.

Five weeks on site, EPB dossier for the city permit included. Service contract has been running since handover.
