Full bathroom renovation — Waregem centre

In a terraced house in the centre of Waregem we stripped and rebuilt a dated bathroom from scratch. The existing supply lines were in poor shape — we replaced them with PE/PER piping and a fresh manifold in the attic.

The walk-in shower got a poured-floor base with hidden drain, a rain head and a handheld on a separate valve. Underfloor heating was tied into the existing condensing boiler with its own mixing loop and a thermostat per room.

For extraction we installed a demand-controlled MEV unit with sensors in the bathroom and WC. The client chose warm-grey tiles, matt-black taps and a custom timber vanity.

Lead time: four weeks including tiling. No mess for the owners: we worked through a separate site entrance with vacuum extraction on the cutter.
